我这不爱体育的人，从小都基本上不体育，现在身体不好，也不爱锻炼，哎。
不管是跑步，还是蓝球，还是别的什么，只要是涉及体育运动，基本上，都不行。
体能也不行，搞不定。
体育馆，我是基本上不去地，不管是足球赛，还是蓝球赛，还是别的什么赛。
平时羽毛球，乒乓球也是不行地，基本上很少体育活动。
这样带来以下几个结果：
- 体能不足。
- 体能不足导致的精力不足。
- 缺少团队活动，导致的集体活动能力差，但集体活动能力是做企业，做主管的基本要求。
所以，体能不足，不爱体育运动害死人啊。
